Notices on prices and services

• The prices apply to the season, which is specified on the website.
• The minimum stay duration is 2 nights. (Exception: The minimum stay duration is 1 week during the high season at Christmas/New Year and in February.)
• A down payment of 30% of the trip cost is to be remitted within 10 days of booking. You will receive the account information together with the booking confirmation.
• Pets are welcome here. We levy a surchage of € 15 per pet per night. Please note that pets are only allowed in two apartments on the ground floor, in order to guarantee that guests with allergies can be guaranteed 100% hair-free apartments.
• Arrival and departure: The apartments can be occupied starting at 4 pm and until 11 am on the day of departure. You may use the Sunnsait Spa until the evening of the day of departure.
• Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as EC cards and Maestro.

Cancellation conditions

• There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions agreed upon on November 15, 2006 by the Austrian Professional Hotel Association apply to all bookings and reservations.
• If you should be unable to occupy your booked accommodation and notify us sufficiently in advance, no cancellation costs will apply if we are able to otherwise rent the apartment during the booked time period. If the latter is not the case, the following cancellation conditions apply: In the case of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total price will be billed; for up to 1 week, 70%; during the last week before arrival, 90%. Should the cancellation take place on the day of arrival, the entire sum will be billed.
• A travel cancellation insurance protects you from cancellation fees.
